NOTARYii's Humble Beginnings

Our History & Philosophy

Notaryii™ is a new brand with a lot of history!

Notaryii™ first opened its doors in February 2014 as “Signature Notary Ink” and became Brooklyn's first mobile notary service. Founder, Roberta Quartey, a Notary Public and an avid practitioner of notary services in downtown Brooklyn knew that no city needed this mobile notary services more than New York city.

Word quickly spread about the amazing benefits of using the service and soon she expanded the service to locations throughout Manhattan, Queens and all other boroughs making it the first multi-location mobile notary in NYC!

In 2016, Roberta began introducing new services that she felt would complement the notary services, including hospital visits, walk in services, and b2b. The company now offers a carefully curated schedule that provides a complete notary experience to put everyone on the path to getting their documents documents notarized in a convenient way.

Now in 2020, with the pandemic of CV-19, the company is emerging to offer eSignature and Remote Online Notary Services. We pride ourselves on a deep tradition of excellence, ensuring only the highest quality of notary services. We understand the challenges and pressure that comes with every case and are here for you, every step of the way.

Dependable, calm, and well spoken, our team of notary professionals add the personal touch our clients deserve whilst notarizing documents with the attention it needs. Get in touch with us today.
